KICKOFF WEEK: Entry Guidelines

Summer Shout-Out Entry Guidelines are detailed below this!

Ready to win some of the AWESOME prizes above? Plus at the end of the week we will be giving away one Grand Prize of a complete outfit of our new clothing:

One Yoga Jacket or Hoodie
One T-shirt or Tank Top
One Pair of Yoga Pants
One Pair of Yoga Shorts

All for YOU in your choice of colour and our signature designs (look for the all the clothing details to be up on the website later this week!)

The Kickoff contest is basically like a big week-long raffle -- get virtual "tickets" to the prize draws by doing the stuff you probably do anyway (Facebooking, tweeting, checking out dance blogs) between June 6th and midnight EDT June 13th and then on June 14th we'll do the draws and post the winners!

Only one prize per person: if you win one draw your name is removed from the others.
We will start the draws with the Grand Prize.

There is LOTS of ways to get your tickets -- no need to do them all, but the more you do the more chances you have! Here's how to get entered: Check out the IHTD Blog every day to see what the daily prize is and then:

Comment on the blog posts! Each day we'll have a question for you, answer it in the blog comments to get an entry for that prize draw. Comment only once per post. Commenting on the day posted gets you TWO entries, afterwards it gets you one. No anonymous commenting!
Show us some love on Facebook! We'll post the link to each day's blog post on our Wall. "Like" it to get one entry into the contest.
Tweet Tweet Tweet on Twitter! Follow our Twitter account then tweet about the contest up to 5 times per day for one entry per tweet-- use @iheartthatdance in your tweet so we can see it (make sure not to put the @iheartthatdance first though, we want everyone to see it, not just us!)! Retweeting our contest tweets is totally OK :) Don't have Twitter yet but want to participate? Check out our how-to post from last year.

VERY IMPORTANT!!
Twitter has made its security settings more stringent so if you have a private account, and we are NOT following you, WE CANNOT SEE YOUR TWEETS even if you include @iheartthatdance in your tweet. So we need to be following you for the duration of the contest at least (we can unfollow you after, no problem!) -- send us an email to make sure we've got you before you start tweeting!

Additional entries are available by:

• Following the Blog for TWO entries: Our Followers widget is in the right-hand side column on the blog just below the picture slideshow. Click follow, and then comment on the Contest Announcement post on the blog to tell us where you would like your entries placed. Already a follower? We love you :) Just go ahead and post on the Contest Announcement to tell us where you want your entry.
• Got a blog yourself? Write up a quick blurb on our contest and post the link in a comment on the Contest Announcement post. This gets you TWO entries.
• Introduce us to your Facebook friends! Get one entry for each new person who you refer that "Likes" the page during the contest period. After they sign up, get them to post on our wall saying who referred them -- and BOTH of you get one entry to the prize of your choice. Be sure to comment on their wall post telling us where you want your entry.
• Let your Facebook groups and fans know about the contest! Got a public dance group? Post the contest link there and let us know on the Facebook page for one entry into your choice of prize draw. PLEASE do not spam the group, we're not OK with that. Only the first person to post the link to a given group that day will get the entry (make sure you are a fan of our page as well!) and it MUST be a dance related group that you belong to. Admin a fan page for a dance group or school? "Like" our page on your page for one entry into your choice of prize draw. Don't forget to tell us where you want your entry to go!

For all of these bonus entries, you can wait until the end of the week to tell us which prize you want (Grand Prize included) so you can see everything before you decide.

EVERY entry you earn ALSO gets you ONE entry into the Grand Prize draw!!

We would hate for you to miss out on entering because we didn't get to your email in time and only those entries that are IN by June 13th will be considered.

SUMMER SHOUT-OUT: Entry Guidelines

THIS ONE GOES ALL SUMMER!

Here's where you get some dollars to spend in the shop -- all for being your usual positive, supportive self! Every week on Monday morning, we'll put up a Shout-Out post on the blog and a link to that post on our Facebook page. Get entries into a draw for $10 to use in the shop -- spend it right away or enter every week to accumulate cash to get something big (up to a maximum of $50 per person).

All you have to do is:

• Wish your friends good luck at their competitions, or say congratulations for a job well done by posting in the comments for the Shout-Out blog post for that week, on our Facebook wall or by tweeting (include the tag #IHTD or @iheartthatdance so we see it). If you choose to tweet you must be following us on Twitter for your entry to count.
• You can only have one entry per entry method per week -- so you can shout out to one friend on the blog, one on Facebook and one on Twitter (or the same person all three times) but you can't shout out to more than one person on each. This is to prevent people from inventing oodles of imaginary friends and spamming the blog/Facebook/Twitter with fake shout-outs. Not that we have a problem with imaginary friends in general, just that in this case it's kind of cheating LOL
• Social Bonus! If you do your shout-out via Facebook and the friend you are sending the shout-out to are both fans of our Facebook page (please tell us so in your Wall post) then your friend gets an entry too! Same thing if you tweet and you are both Twitter followers of ours (be sure to @reply your shout-out recipient in your tweet). Also, if your tweet or Facebook post is drawn as the winner, BOTH of you get $10!
• The draw will be done the following Monday with the results posted in the next Shout-Out post. Any entries received before midnight EDT on the Sunday night will be included in the draw.

THE FIRST SHOUT OUT POST GOES UP JUNE 14TH AFTER THE KICKOFF CONTEST RESULTS!
